Griffiths Ayiteyfio - President

Griffiths Ayiteyfio  serves as PIE’s CFO and Interim Board Chair. He first  joined the Board in 2000, the year of incorporation. He rejoined the Board in 2015.

He attended Mfantsipm school  in Ghana, and is graduate of California State University, Sacramento (BS), and  The University of Georgia (MBA). He’s  a registered  CPA in the State of Texas, and works as a financial accountant in Houston, Texas.

Setor Kofi Sorkpor - Treasurer

Setor Kofi Sorkpor has extensive experience in healthcare and a strong commitment to education and community outreach. He holds advanced degrees in the health sciences with a research focus on aging, health equity, and global health.

A graduate of Achimota Secondary School in Ghana, Setor combines academic expertise with a passion for creating equitable learning opportunities. He actively supports initiatives that empower individuals to reach their full potential. He resides in the Houston, Texas, area and enjoys grilling and working on cars in his free time.
